Our Modernization Assessment combines in-depth analysis of source code, without direct access to your source code. You will assess your source code with an agent onside and we will get only the result out of that.

Project Scope Definition

Together we define the scope of the project. Important parameters are the amount of application.

Paperwork

In this phase, we clarify the costs or the assumption of the costs for this project. We are preparing a Letter of Engagement (LoE) describing the project and defining the services.
We clarify the activation of necessary licenses and agree on a common schedule.

Workshop

Within a workshop, all necessary data are collected and discussed together. The next steps will be agreed jointly.

Data Collection

Deploy the Tools, Monitoring Begins, Gather Supporting Documents, User Survey or Interview.
